And they think its all over ....well it isn't

Its been a while since I posted on here about the trials and tribulations of dealing with neighbours from hell and the hypocrisy of those who could help  the victims of such neighbours and choose not to.
I have just today spoken to another victim of such as similar as I and it disheartens me.

Days turn into months and months into years and yet the same stubborn couldn't-care-less attitude
is taken over those who complain about their neighbours to the local authorities and
the boys in blue.
Its not our problem, we can't help you - You must have done something to upset them.
Its just a neighbour dispute.

Only when that victim is enlightened as to what steps they can take to get to the bottom of why their complaints are not taken seriously is any action taken and when it is, it comes far too late in the day to heal the rift created by incompetence and indifference and an inertia to do anything other than answer the phone and write in the margin of the complainant's statement .........SC
(Serial Complainer).

Of course Under an FOI - Subject Access, you can ask for everything the police have on you, whether they provide it or not is debatable?

Although some police forces are not so efficient that they can
hide their rash foolishness from public gaze, some do.

How will you ever know if what you receive is everything that's been
written about you or if anything has been written at all?

With hope in your heart and trust  you approach them??

I wonder if that's entirely possible when you've been ignored or labelled and slandered  behind closed doors?

I have to concur  with the victim I spoke to today that the police
were a major problem when dealing with my nfh.

When recounting my story to others, usually True Blue, staunch Royalists who believe in 'God and My Right' and whose eyes roll upwards at any mention of corruption and 'dirty business' among our reverend leaders, I am pooh-poohed and scoffed at.

When I mention that the police (my beat officer) forged my name on a witness statement, immediately eyes glaze over as if I am a conspiracy theorist...until I give my reply of  'Ah but I got my police officer in court and he was found guilty of 'using a false instrument' (forgery) and 'perverting the course of justice' and ultimately sacked'.

That tends to take the wind out of their sails a bit then..... but of course, afterwards (Oh yes the troubles continued long after) when the police attended my property or rather more often than not failed to attend, the atmosphere was at best.......fraught.
No copper wants to help someone who exposes a bad copper in their midst...not when that copper admits they were all doing it but it was a case of he got caught and they closed ranks!

I'm not a conspiracy theorist...no, no, no....I'm a realist... I lived the conspiracy
and
I have the proof to prove it!

Let's start at the very beginning.............

........It's a very good place to start!

I moved to the North East of England in June 2002 and little did I know I would be entering into the Lion's Den.
The Lion in question being Tony Blair, at that time the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and chief proposer of the Anti-Social Behaviour Order.
The flagship of an act of parliament that was brought in to reduce crime and disorder.
However, in the kingdom of Sedgefield where Tony reigned supreme and unchallenged, ASBO's were seldom used.

But Tony had vision with his policy and of course in the kingdom of the blind the one-eyed man is king!

Sedgefield Borough Council's website tells the world that it takes matters of antisocial behaviour very seriously, however until they were taken to task over their failure to accept and help a Sedgefield Borough Council tax payer (at that time Sedgefield Council tax was the highest in UK), not only did they have no policy on ASB (anti-social behaviour) they didn't even have a dedicated ASB officer to deal with complaints.

So nobody complained and people suffered.

Thus, the ignorance and the misery continued on in Sedgefield Constituency, on and on and on...... until one person said

'Enough is Enough'.....that person was me!

That was when the trouble really started!!!!
